  • Graduate of SMP/MTs (junior secondary) or equivalent
  • 3×4 photo (max. 1.5 MB), Family Card & latest semester report (JPG/PNG/PDF, max. 1 MB)
  • Birth certificate and diploma/SKL if already available
  • Willing to take the academic selection test & Qur'an reading test
